At Black Diamond Equipment, we stand by the quality of our gear and apparel, offering a 30-day return window for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the transition from the trail to the city.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring all old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
